4. Our Response to Valid Notices

5. Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe that content you posted was removed in error or misidentified as infringing, you have the right to submit a DMCA counter-notice. Your counter-notice must include:

Identification of the content that was removed and its location before removal
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed due to mistake or misidentification

6. Repeat Infringer Policy

VYDToday maintains a strict policy against repeat copyright infringement. Any user, contributor, or third party found to have repeatedly infringed the copyrights of others will have their access to VYDToday’s platform terminated, and we reserve the right to pursue further legal remedies where appropriate.

7. Misuse of DMCA Notices
